QUALIFYING FOR MEMBERSHIP
Persons may apply or become nominated by a hotel's General Manager (based on discretion) or by Leading Hotels of the World corporate staff.
Members must book at least 2 reservations via LHW channels only (website, voice reservations, or a travel agent booking the "LW" code) per year and member must offer their membership number at the time of booking.
Failure to make reservations through the above channels will result in that reservation not being applied to the booking qualification requirement. Said booking will also be ineligible to receive Leaders Club benefits (one-category room upgrade (if available), welcome gift & card, early check-in/out privileges).
Reservations completed prior to application or nomination will not apply towards the membership qualification.
Membership card and program credentials will be sent approximately 4-6 weeks after initial sign-up.
If membership is terminated as a result of misconduct, one will not be allowed to re-apply. If however membership is terminated for other reasons, individual will be allowed to re-apply by contacting
